ACEC助推中马国际教育与交流项目！辽宁大学与马来西亚理科大学国际合作线上洽谈会顺利召开！

On October 28, 2022, an international cooperation online meeting co-organised by Liaoning University, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) with Asia China Education & Culture (ACEC) Association was successfully held. The meeting was hosted by Associate Prof. Ma Shuang, Director of the International Cooperation Office of Liaoning University, Prof. Dr. Nor Azazi, Director of River Engineering & Urban Drainage Research Center (REDAC), and Mr. Yang Chengcheng, Executive Regional Director of ACEC Association, the backbone team of the three parties attended the online meeting.

The participants introduced the research results as well as the academic influence of Liaoning University and USM, the two Chinese and Malaysian universities, and the two sides will promote cooperation between the two universities in the field of scientific research and global study through the Belt and Road Global Study Center Cooperation Platform advocated by ACEC.

During the meeting, Liaoning University and USM discussed teacher and student exchange programs and co-supervision programs and explored multiple cooperation modes between them.

The meeting facilitated the communication between Liaoning University and USM in the field of international cooperation. Malaysia, as a node country of the "Belt and Road" initiative, has an international scientific research and industrial base, and through the cooperation of the participating parties, we can further strengthen the integration of industry, academia and research resources between Liaoning University and international famous universities governments and enterprises, and establish a specific long-term exchange mechanism for international cooperation and education, and promote our university's international cooperation and education to Malaysia and other ASEAN countries, and expand the international influence.

2022年10月28日，辽宁大学与马来西亚理科大学与亚洲一带一路文化教育合作促进会（ACEC）联合主办的关于国际合作线上会顺利召开。会议由辽宁大学国际合作处处长马爽副教授、理科大学科研负责人拿督诺·阿扎齐卡里亚教授（副校长级）、ACEC执行会长杨程成主持，三方骨干团队参加了本次洽谈会议。

参会者们分别介绍了辽宁大学、理大两所中外高校在研究成果以及学术影响等方面的情况，双方将通过ACEC倡导设立的一带一路产学研合作平台推动双方高校在科研领域和国际产教融合方面的合作。

会上，辽宁大学与理大就教师与学生交流项目和联合培养项目进行了探讨，探索双方多元合作模式。

本次交流会促进了辽宁大学与理大两校在国际合作领域的沟通交流。马来西亚作为“一带一路”倡议的节点国家，拥有国际化的科研和产业基础，通过参会各方合作可以进一步加强辽宁大学与国际名校政府、企业之间的产学研资源整合，建立具体的国际合作办学长效交流机制，推动我校对马来西亚等东盟国家的国际合作办学纵深发展，不断扩大国际影响。
