ACEC助推巢湖学院&玛拉工艺大学两校的国际教育合作与发展

An online meeting on international cooperation between Chaohu University (CHU) and Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UiTM) was successfully held, and organized by the Asia Chinese Education & Culture (ACEC) Association on November 1, 2022. The meeting was hosted by Mr. Yang Chengcheng, the Executive Regional Director of ACEC. Vice President of CHU Ms. Zhu Dingxiu, and Associate Professor of UiTM Dr. Siti Noraini, ChM. Dr. Hussein of UiTM Shah Alam, Institute of Postgraduate Studies (IPSis), and the team backbones of the three parties participated in this online meeting.

The participants listened to the reports of CHU and UiTM on their university profiles, university operations, research results, and academic influence. Both sides will cooperate in the field of scientific research and industry, academia and research through the Belt and Road Global Study Center advocated by ACEC.

During the meeting, CHU and UiTM had an in-depth discussion on teacher and student exchange and co-supervision programs to explore the diversified cooperation modes between the two sides. This meeting greatly promoted the communication between the two universities in the field of international cooperation, deepened and expanded the cooperation field, and laid a good foundation for the promotion and implementation of various projects later.

As a node country of the "Belt and Road" initiative, Malaysia has an international research and industrial base. In the future, ACEC will take this opportunity to build a bridge and platform for CHU and UiTM, fully rely on the stable and friendly relationship between China and Malaysia and the high-quality resources of UiTM, establish a specific long-term exchange mechanism for international cooperation in education, and solidly promote international cooperation in education with countries along the "Belt and Road" to continuously expand its international influence.

2022年11月1日，由亚洲一带一路文化教育合作促进会（ACEC）主办的关于巢湖学院与马来西亚玛拉工艺大学国际合作办学线上洽谈会顺利召开。会议由ACEC执行会长杨程成先生主持，巢湖学院副校长朱定秀、玛拉工艺大学副校长西诺莱尼博士、研究生院总部合作主任胡先博士，以及三方的团队骨干共同参与了本次线上洽谈。

会议伊始，参会者分别听取了巢湖学院、马来西亚玛拉工艺大学两所高校在学校概况、办学情况、研究成果以及学术影响等方面的情况汇报，双方将通过ACEC倡导设立的一带一路国际产学研合作平台，推动双方高校在科研领域和国际产教学研融合方面的合作。

洽谈会上，巢湖学院与玛拉工艺大学就教师与学生交流和联合培养项目进行了深入的研讨，探索双方多元合作模式。本次会议，大大促进了两校在国际合作领域的沟通交流，深化拓展了合作领域，对后期各类项目的推进与实施奠定了良好的基础。

马来西亚作为“一带一路”倡议的结点国家，拥有国际化的科研和产业基础。未来，ACEC将以此为契机，为巢湖学院、马来西亚玛拉工艺大学搭建沟通的桥梁与平台，充分依托中马稳定的友好关系以及马来西亚玛拉工艺大学优质的办学资源，建立具体的国际合作办学长效交流机制，扎实推进同“一带一路”沿线国家的国际合作办学纵深发展，不断扩大国际影响。
