The Eighth Cross Cultural Program: Udayana University, Indonesia 第八期跨文化专题讲座：印度尼西亚乌达雅纳大学篇

To help teachers and students of universities in China and Southeast Asia understand cultural differences, strengthen communication and friendship, and further deepen cooperation and exchanges in the field of education between Chinese and foreign universities based on this. The eighth series of lectures of the "RCEP China-ASEAN Cross Culture" Program was held on November 12, 2022, jointly organized by Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) and Asia China Education and Culture (ACEC) Association. Teachers and students from 7 Chinese and foreign universities in China, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, and Indonesia gathered together and participated in this course exchange.

为帮助中国与东南亚地区高校的师生相互了解文化差异，加强沟通联系、增进彼此友谊，并以此为基础进一步深化中外高校在教育领域的合作交流，2022年11月12日，由马来西亚玛拉工艺大学（UiTM）及亚洲一带一路文化教育合作促进会（ACEC）联合发起的“RCEP中国-东盟跨文化”交流项目进行了第八期系列讲座。中国、马来西亚、泰国、菲律宾、印度尼西亚的7所中外高校师生相聚云端，共同参与了本次课程交流。

Udayana University, Indonesia, as one of the key universities for this event, brought us a special sharing on "Indonesian food culture". The speaker, Dr. Ellie from Udayana University, said: Indonesia is composed of more than 17,000 islands, and its territory spans three time zones, so the diets in different regions are also different. Bali, where Udayana University is located, is a world-renowned tourist destination with a variety of local delicacies. Bali Island has beautiful natural scenery and well-preserved cultural relics, attracting people from all over the world to be fascinated and explored. As one of the famous universities in Indonesia, Udayana University is also favored by Chinese students.

印度尼西亚乌达雅纳大学作为本次活动的主讲高校之一，为大家带来了“印度尼西亚饮食文化”的专题分享。主讲人乌达雅纳大学的艾丽博士表示：印度尼西亚由超过17000个岛屿组成，疆域横跨三个时区，因此不同地区的饮食也有所不同。而乌达雅纳大学所在的巴厘岛是世界闻名的旅游胜地，拥有着各式各样的当地美食。巴厘岛自然景色优美，人文古迹保存完整，吸引着各国友人为之着迷和探索。乌达雅纳大学作为印尼名校之一，也深受中国留学生青睐。

Founded in 1962, Udayana University is located in Bali Province, Indonesia. It is a public research university with 8 vocational education and 4 specialist majors, 48 bachelor points, 27 master points, 13 doctoral programs, 19 expert projects, and nearly 20,000 students.
