📢 (3/9) Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia Visits BRICC Global Training Center for the First Project Demonstration

On May 27, 2023, at the venue of the National Training Week Summit organized by the Ministry of Human Resources of Malaysia, Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr. Ahmad Zahid Hamidi and Minister of Human Resources YB Tuan Sivakumar A/L Varatharaju Naidu attended the inaugural project demonstration of the ACEC Association for BRICC Global Training Center.

The summit aimed to promote cooperation in the field of science and technology education and strengthen the training of talents in advanced technology applications. As an organization dedicated to promoting cultural and educational cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative, ACEC, in collaboration with the Ministry of Human Resources of Malaysia, Huawei, and the Asia Centre for Leadership and Civilization, jointly organized this event to explore cooperation opportunities and promote the development of education and training in the region.

During the summit, ACEC and Huawei jointly presented projects on artificial intelligence and cloud computing to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Human Resources. ACEC Executive Director Mr. Yang Chengcheng introduced the collaborative project model of the Global Training Center for industry, academia, and research cooperation and presented the Belt and Road Initiative Collaborative White Paper to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister.

Deputy Prime Minister expressed keen interest in the global training center model established by ACEC and Huawei, considering it of significant importance for Malaysia's human resources development. He stated that the Malaysian government would continue to support and encourage this type of cooperation and provide necessary support and facilitation.

The Minister of Human Resources also appreciated the industry, academia, and research cooperation model presented by ACEC, noting its alignment with Malaysia's human resources development strategy. He expressed a desire to further explore specific details of cooperation to introduce this model to Malaysia and provide more opportunities for the development of the training industry.

Through this summit, ACEC, the Ministry of Human Resources of Malaysia, Huawei, and the Asian Leadership and Civilization Center have further strengthened their cooperation in the field of education and training. All parties are committed to enhancing collaboration and jointly promoting human resources development and leadership training in the Asian region, making greater contributions to its sustainable development.

2023年5月27日，马来西亚人力资源部国家培训周峰会现场，马来西亚副首相阿末扎希及人力资源部部长希瓦古玛参加了亚洲一带一路文化教育合作促进会全球培训中心首场项目演示。

这次峰会旨在促进科技教育培训领域的合作，加强先进科技应用人才培养。ACEC作为一家专注于推动一带一路文化教育合作的组织，与马来西亚人力资源部、华为和亚洲领导力与文明中心联合举办此次活动，共同探索合作机会，推动区域内的教育和培训事业的发展。

在峰会上，ACEC与华为共同向马来西亚副首相阿末扎希及人力资源部部长斯瓦古玛呈现人工智能和云计算等项目；ACEC执行会长杨程成介绍了全球培训中心产学研合作项目模式，并向副首相和部长展示一带一路产学研合作白皮书。

阿末扎希副首相对ACEC和华为所创设的全球培训中心模式表示了浓厚的兴趣，并认为这种模式对于马来西亚的人力资源发展具有重要意义。他表示，马来西亚政府将继续支持和鼓励这种类型的合作，并愿意提供必要的支持和便利。

斯瓦古玛部长也对ACEC产学研合作模式表示赞赏，并表示该模式与马来西亚的人力资源发展战略相契合。他希望能进一步探讨合作的具体细节，以便将这一模式引入马来西亚，并为培训事业的发展提供更多机会。

通过此次峰会，ACEC、马来西亚人力资源部、华为和亚洲领导力与文明中心在教育和培训领域的合作得到了进一步加强。各方承诺将进一步加强合作，共同推动亚洲地区的人力资源发展和领导力培养，为亚洲的可持续发展做出更大的贡献。
