📢 (4/9) Deputy Minister YB Tuan Mustapha Sakmud has been appointed as the Honorary Chairman

On June 26, 2023, the Asia China Education and Culture (ACEC) Association had the honor of appointing Deputy Minister YB Tuan Mustapha Sakmud from Malaysia's Ministry of Human Resources as the Honorary Chairman of the Industry-Academia-Research Cooperation Committee. This appointment aims to further strengthen cooperation between the ACEC Association and the Malaysian government in the fields of industry-academia integration and technology professional training.

The establishment of the ACEC Association's Industry-Academia-Research Cooperation Committee and the appointment of Deputy Minister YB Tuan Mustapha Sakmud as the Honorary Chairman will enhance cooperation between the ACEC Association and the Ministry of Human Resources of Malaysia, promoting education and training collaboration in the Asian region. As the Honorary Chairman, Deputy Minister Mustapha Sakmud will provide leadership and guidance, facilitating collaboration among industry, academia, and research entities, promoting the implementation of joint projects, and achieving their outcomes.

Previously, during the meeting held by the Ministry of Human Resources on May 10, 2023, Deputy Minister YB Tuan Mustapha Sakmud chaired the meeting and discussed the introduction and promotion of advanced technology from China, exploring training and business development opportunities globally to enhance professionalism and internationalization of human resources. The Ministry of Human Resources will strongly support China-Malaysia industry-academia-research cooperation projects to drive industrial upgrading and talent development in Malaysia, becoming a global training base for technology applications.

Starting in July, the ACEC Association, now known as the Asia China Education and Culture (ACEC) Association, will host a series of industry-academia-research cooperation activities in China. These activities will cover fields such as education, training, and research, aiming to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing in industry-academia-research in the Asian region. The ACEC Association will invite experts and scholars from Asian countries' governments, industries, and universities to participate, driving the development of industry-academia-research cooperation in Asia.

ACEC Executive Director Mr. Yang Chengcheng congratulated Deputy Minister YB Tuan Mustapha Sakmud on accepting the invitation. He emphasized the crucial guiding role of Malaysia's Ministry of Human Resources in promoting cooperation in the education and training fields, expressing anticipation for conducting more projects with substantial impact together with Deputy Minister YB Tuan Mustapha Sakmud to contribute to talent cultivation and enhancement in the Asian region.

Deputy Minister YB Tuan Mustapha Sakmud expressed that the Malaysian government highly values human resources development and is willing to share experiences and resources with Asian countries, particularly China, to jointly promote talent cultivation and enhancement.

This appointment signifies a new milestone in the cooperation between the Asia China Education and Culture (ACEC) Association and the Ministry of Human Resources of Malaysia. Both parties will further expand cooperation in the education and training fields by leveraging their respective advantages and resources, promoting transnational exchanges and cooperation in human resources. This will make significant contributions to the sustainable development and mutual prosperity of the Asian region.

2023年6月26日，亚洲一带一路文化教育合作促进会（ACEC）荣邀马来西亚人力资源部副部长穆斯塔法担任产学研合作委员会的主席，旨在进一步加强ACEC与马来西亚政府在产教融合与科技专业培训领域的合作。

ACEC产学研合作委员会的成立以及穆斯塔法副部长的担任主席，将进一步加强ACEC与马来西亚人力资源部之间的合作，推动亚洲地区的教育和培训合作。作为主席，穆斯塔法副部长将发挥领导作用，促进产学研各方的合作，推动共同项目的实施和成果的达成。

此前，在2023年5月10日人力资源部召开的中马产学研合作联盟交流会活动中，人力资源部穆斯塔法副部长主持会议，与来自中国的高校级产业代表共同探讨引进推广中国先进科技，面向全球开展培训和业务发展机会，促进人力资源的专业化和国际化。人力资源部将大力支持中马产学研合作项目，以推动马来西亚的产业升级和人才发展，成为面向全球的科技应用培训基地。

自7月开始ACEC将在中国举办一系列的产学研合作活动。这些活动将涵盖教育、培训、研究等领域，旨在促进亚洲地区的产学研合作和知识共享。ACEC将邀请来自亚洲国家政府、产业、高校的专家和学者参与，推动亚洲地区的产学研合作发展。

ACEC执行会长杨程成先生对穆斯塔法副部长接受邀请表示祝贺。他强调了马来西亚人力资源部在推动教育和培训领域合作方面的重要指导作用，并表示期待与穆斯塔法副部长一起开展更多具有实质性影响的项目，为亚洲地区的人才培养和提升做出贡献。

穆斯塔法副部长表示，马来西亚政府高度重视人力资源发展，愿意与亚洲各国特别是中国分享经验和资源，共同促进人才的培养和提升。
