MoU Signing Ceremony between Asian-China Education and Culture (ACEC) Association & INTEC Education College, UiTM (INTEC)

On the afternoon of August 16, 2022, Asian-China Education and Culture (ACEC) Association and INTEC Education College, UiTM (INTEC) held a memorandum of understanding (MoU) signing ceremony and a symposium at INTEC. Accompanied by personnel from both parties, Mr. Yang Chengcheng, Executive Director of ACEC Association, and Prof. Dr. Roshayani Binti Dato’ Arshad, Chief Executive of INTEC formally signed the MoU.

The INTEC Education College UiTM, formerly known as the Preparatory Education Centre (Pusat Pendidikan Persediaan, PPP), is now an innovative educational institution for preparatory, junior college and undergraduate courses of UITM University, as the only designated overseas study preparatory teaching base for the Malaysian Government Scholarship.

The ACEC team first introduced ACEC's work plan for industry-academia-research collaboration. The two parties will jointly explore and innovate international exchange and cooperation projects.

Prof. Rosayani highly recognized Mr. Yang Chengcheng's suggestion. INTEC will also cooperate with ACEC as a Chinese course, and jointly develop it with UITM Graduate School, supply chain management, English, digital design, computer and other majors. It will help international students find employment locally after graduation, contribute to RCEP regional cooperation, and promote the common development of the region.

Finally, the ACEC team and the INTEC team conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on the content and form of cooperation. The two sides will further communicate and improve the cooperation work based on the situation of the talks, and uphold the principle of "extensive consultation, joint contribution, and shared benefits" of the Belt and Road Initiative to promote pragmatic cooperation between the two sides.

2022年8月16日下午，亚洲一带一路文化教育合作促进会（ACEC Association）与玛拉工艺大学国际教育学院（INTEC Education College，简称INTEC）于INTEC举行合作备忘录签署仪式及座谈会。在双方人员陪同见证下，ACEC执行会长杨程成先生与INTEC执行长罗莎亚妮教授（Prof. Dr. Roshayani Binti Dato’ Arshad）正式签署合作备忘录。

玛拉工艺大学国际教育学院前身是预科教育中心（Pusat Pendidikan Persediaan, PPP），如今是UITM大学的预科、大专和本科课程创新教育机构，作为马来西亚政府奖学金唯一指定海外留学预科教学基地。

ACEC团队首先介绍了ACEC产学研合作方面的工作计划，双方将共同探索和创新国际交流合作项目。

INTEC院长罗莎亚妮教授对杨程成先生的建议表示非常认可，INTEC也将与ACEC合作为中国课程，并与UITM研究生院联合开展、供应链管理、英语、数字设计、计算机等专业本硕连读项目，并将帮助国际学生学成后在当地就业为RCEP区域合作做出贡献，促进区域共同发展。

最后，ACEC团队与INTEC团队就开展合作的内容和形式等进行了深入交流和探讨。双方将根据此次会谈情况，进一步沟通完善合作工作，秉承一带一路倡议的“共商、共享、共建”原则，推进双方的务实合作。
