ACEC and the Deputy Minister of Human Resources of Malaysia Visit Suzhou and Guilin to Explore Opportunities for TVET and Talent Attraction Cooperation

YB Tuan Mustapha Sakmud, Malaysia's Deputy Minister of Human Resources recently conducted an official visit to China. This visit was hosted by the Asia China Education and Culture (ACEC) Association and included visits to several universities and enterprises in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, and Guilin, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The main purpose of this visit was to explore opportunities for Malaysia to adopt advanced TVET programmes from China and to promote in-depth scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation between China and Malaysia.

YB Tuan Mustapha Sakmud's visit aimed to gain insights into the experiences and achievements of Chinese universities, particularly in the areas of industry-education integration and innovative talent development. During the visit, accompanied by Yang Chengcheng, the Executive Director of ACEC Association, the Deputy Minister engaged in discussions and shared insights with ACEC's academic and industrial partners in China.

In Suzhou, YB Tuan Mustapha Sakmud visited Suzhou City University and Suzhou Collaborative Innovation Intelligent Manufacturing Equipment Co., Ltd, a representative local enterprise. In-depth discussions on potential cooperation in industry-education integration, especially in the digital economy, artificial intelligence, and industrial internet, were held with university leaders and enterprise executives.

After leaving Suzhou, YB Tuan Mustapha Sakmud and his delegation traveled to Guilin, where they visited Guilin Medical University and Guilin University of Electronic Technology. They engaged in discussions with university leaders and presided over the unveiling ceremony of the China-ASEAN Big Health Industry Research Institute, a cooperative initiative between China-ASEAN Information Port for Talent Training and TVET Innovation and Guilin Medical University. Additionally, the delegation also visit to the programmes like the Guilin Medical University China-ASEAN Big Health Industry Research Institute's Guihai Qinglan Health Resort and the Huajiang Smart Valley project involving the Guilin University of Electronic Technology.

ACEC偕马来西亚人力资源副部长访问苏州、桂林探讨产教融合与人才引进合作机会

马来西亚人力资源部副部长穆斯塔法近日到中国进行正式访问。此次访问由亚洲一带一路文化教育合作促进会（ACEC）主持，先后访问了江苏省苏州市与广西壮族自治区桂林市的多所高校与企业。此次访问的主要目的是探讨马来西亚引进中国先进产教融合项目的机会，促进中国与东盟国家的深层次科技交流与合作。

作为马来西亚政府代表，穆斯塔法副部长的此次访问旨在深入了解中国院校的经验和成果，特别是在产教融合和创新人才培养方面。访问期间，在ACEC中国区执行会长杨程成、国家职业技术教育与培训理事会秘书处处长法扎尔等人陪同下，副部长与ACEC在中国学术界和产业界的合作伙伴进行讨论和分享。

穆斯塔法副部长在苏州访问了当地高校-苏州城市学院和当地代表企业-苏州协同创新智能制造装备有限公司。与校领导及企业负责人在产教融合，特别是数字经济、人工智能及工业互联网方向的合作可能进行了深入交流，穆斯塔法副部长提出未来希望利用苏州当地丰富和优质的产教资源，与马来西亚相关领域建立合作。

离开苏州后，穆斯塔法副部长一行人前往桂林，在当地访问了桂林医学院和桂林电子科技大学，与校领导进行交流，并主持了中国-东盟信息港电子信息人才培养与科技创新联盟与桂林医学院合作的中国-东盟大健康产业研究院揭牌仪式。此外，桂林医学院中国-东盟大健康产业研究院的桂海晴岚康养基地项目和桂林电子科技大学参与的花江智慧谷项目也获得了副部长的高度肯定。

穆斯塔法副部长对此次访问表示满意，强调了加强中马两国在教育、技术和产业领域联系的重要性。他也对访问期间各高校与企业的热情接待表达谢意，认为此次访问展示了中国与马来西亚致力于促进国际关系、探索发展与合作机遇的决心。
