On October 19, 2023, ACEC Association and Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) joined forces with four prestigious Chinese universities - Guilin Medical University (GLMU), Huaiyin Institute of Technology (HYIT), Liaoning University (LNU), and Suzhou City University (SZCU).

The Deputy Vice-Chancellor of USM, Prof. Dato' Gs. Dr. Narimah Samat, ACEC's Mr. Yang Chengcheng, and all four Chinese universities' Vice Presidents gathered for a groundbreaking Initiative and MOU Hybrid Signing Ceremony.

This collaboration promises to boost academic exchanges, enrich cultural understanding, and drive educational innovation on a global scale.
