Liaoning University - Universiti Sains Malaysia Exchange and Launching Ceremony of Global Study Center

On November 19-20, 2023, ACEC Executive Director, Yang Chengcheng accompanied the Director of the International Exchange Department Ma Shuang and Director of Student Affairs Department, Zhang Jiadao of Liaoning University to visit Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), where they met with Deputy Vice Chancellor of Academics and International and Dean of Faculty of Management of Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), and exchanged the cooperation agreement signed by both parties on October 19th online, and at the same time, launched the cooperation between both parties and the ACEC's Center of International Industry-Academia-Research Programs.

2023月11月19至20日，ACEC执行会长杨程成陪同辽宁大学国际交流处处长马爽、学生工作处处长张家道到访马来西亚理科大学，和马来西亚理科大学（USM）主管学术与国际交流的副校长、管理学院院长等人会面，并交换双方于10月19日线上签署的合作协议，同时也启动了双方与ACEC合作的国际产学研项目中心。
