Initiative signing ceremony between ACEC Association and University of Technology Sarawak (UTS); ACEC与砂拉越科技大学签署合作倡议

On 8th September 2022, ACEC Association and University of Technology Sarawak (UTS) held a signing ceremony for the collaboration initiative. Mr. Yang Chengcheng, Executive Regional Director of ACEC Association, and Prof. Datuk Khairuddin ab. Hamid, Vice-Chancellor of UTS, formally signed the Belt and Road Industry-Academia-Research Collaboration Initiative, witnessed by both sides.

University Technology of Sarawak is a state university in Malaysia, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, dedicated to cultivating human resources for the development and production of technologies for the Sarawak Corridor of Renewable Energy (SCORE), providing engineering technology, business management, construction and environment, computing and creativity courses in media, etc.

In the symposium before the signing ceremony, the ACEC team introduced the cross-cultural exchange and various industry-academia-research collaboration programmes to the UTS team. Both parties also conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on the content and forms of future collaboration. Later on, all parties confirmed that they will launch a series of collaboration programmes and measures in terms of admission, courses, internships and practical training for international students, providing complete support and assistance for the study and life of international students.

Prof. Datuk Khairuddin ab. Hamid highly affirmed the excellent performance of ACEC's industry-academia-research collaboration programme at the symposium. The two sides will implement a collaboration programme and measures according to the content of the collaboration initiative. The initiative signed this time marks the further collaboration between the two parties and the establishment of stronger collaboration and partnership.
 

2022年9月8日，亚洲一带一路文化教育合作促进会（ACEC Association）与砂拉越科技大学（University of Technology Sarawak）举行合作倡议签署仪式。ACEC执行会长杨程成先生与砂拉越科技大学校长凯鲁丁（Prof Datuk Khairuddin ab. Hamid）在双方人员见证下正式签署一带一路产学研合作倡议。

砂拉越科技大学是马来西亚的州立大学，配备了最先进的设施，致力于为砂拉越可再生能源计划（SCORE）培养开发及生产技术的人力资源，提供工程技术、商业管理、建筑与环境、计算机与创意媒体等方面的课程。

ACEC团队在签署仪式前的座谈会中向砂拉越科技大学团队介绍了跨文化交流及各类产学研合作项目，并深入交流和探讨未来的合作内容与形式。双方确认将就国际学生的入学、课程、实习与实训等方面推出一系列的合作项目和措施，为国际学生的学习生活提供完整的支持与帮助。 

砂拉越科技大学校长凯鲁丁在座谈会中对ACEC产学研合作项目的优秀表现表示高度肯定。双方将根据合作倡议内容落实合作项目与措施，本次签署的合作倡议标志了双方的合作更进一步，建立更牢固的合作与伙伴关系。
